Katy Perry and Elmo – Hot N Cold

Kids are not going to be able to see this in the actual Sesame Street program because “Katy Perry’s dress is too-low cut”. I have seen wedding dresses that reveal more, and its not like if they’re zooming in on her breasts during the whole 2 minutes the song plays.

I don’t understand how there’s people annoyed at this, but Paris Hilton, who gained popularity by appearing in a sex tape, is perfectly okay presenting an award in the Kid’s Choice Awards.
